We stand behind the artistry of every piece we create. Because each Shri Ska Sons saree is handcrafted, slight variations in color or embroidery are natural hallmarks of human touch. However, your complete satisfaction is our highest priority.

  • Returns for Size Issues & Damages: We gladly accept returns or exchanges if you face a sizing issue or if you receive a damaged/defective product.

  • Return Window: Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. The product must be completely unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged item, please contact us via WhatsApp or Email within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a swift return or replacement.

  • Refund Process: Once your returned item is received and inspected at our Jaipur workshop, your refund will be processed securely to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • ✦ MANDATORY: An uncut, unedited unboxing video is strictly required to process any damage-related return or replacement claims. This policy ensures complete transparency and protects both our artisans and you.
