We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

The Nature of Handcrafted Goods

Shri Ska Sons takes immense pride in our artisanal heritage. Because every saree is meticulously handcrafted, hand-dyed, and hand-embroidered by our artisans in Jaipur, slight variations in color, texture, or embroidery may occur. These are not flaws, but rather the beautiful hallmarks of genuine human craftsmanship. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these natural variations.

Pricing & Payments

  • All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

  • We reserve the right to modify the prices of our products at any time without prior notice.

  • We currently accept only prepaid orders via secure payment gateways (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking). We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours. While we strive to deliver within our stated timelines (5–7 business days for standard delivery), unforeseen delays due to logistics partners or natural causes are beyond our control. For full details, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

Returns & Exchanges

Our return and exchange process is governed by our official Return & Exchange Policy. We accept returns strictly for sizing issues or damaged/defective items within 7 days of delivery. An uncut unboxing video is strictly mandatory to process any claims for damages.
