SKA Sarees – Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with SKA Sarees. We are committed to delivering high-quality sarees and a smooth shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, this Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions and process for returns, exchanges and refunds.


1. Eligibility for returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, based on the delivery date shown by the courier tracking.

  • To be eligible, the saree must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. All original tags, labels, packaging and invoices must be intact.

  • Returns are not accepted if:

    • The product has been worn, washed, altered, stained or damaged by the customer.

    • Original tags or packaging are missing.

    • The request is raised after the 7-day window.


2. Non-returnable items

For hygiene and customization reasons, some items cannot be returned.

  • Sarees with custom blouse stitching, fall-pico, tassels or any alterations requested by you.

  • Sarees purchased during “Final Sale,” “Clearance,” or “No Return/Exchange” promotions (as mentioned on the product page).

  • Gift cards or store credit.


3. Damaged, defective or wrong product

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos and videos clearly showing the issue and the package label.

  • After verification, we may offer one of the following:

    • Replacement of the same product (if available).

    • Exchange for another product of similar value.

    • Full refund to the original payment method in case replacement is not possible.


4. Return process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email or WhatsApp us with your order ID, reason for return, and clear images of the product and tags.

  2. Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility.

  3. Once approved, we will share return instructions and pickup/dispatch details.

Return shipping:

  • In case of damaged/incorrect products, SKA Sarees will bear the reverse shipping charges.

  • For all other valid returns (e.g., change of mind, size/colour preference), the customer is responsible for return shipping charges. These may be deducted from your refund or paid directly to the courier, as communicated during approval.

The product must reach us in its original condition. We recommend using a reliable, trackable courier service if you are shipping the product yourself.


5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 working days:

    • Prepaid orders: Refunded to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, wallet) or as store credit, as communicated.

    • COD orders: Refunds are issued as store credit or bank transfer (after basic verification), not as cash.

  • Shipping charges, COD charges and any payment gateway fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged/incorrect product sent by us.


6. Exchanges

  • Direct size exchanges are applicable only where the same product and variant are available.

  • If the requested item is not in stock, you may choose an alternative product of equal or higher value (by paying the difference), or opt for a refund as per our refund terms.
